In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks) who provide such services as credit authorization may collect this information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. We will not share your information with anyone. However, TheAgentCode.com will comply with law enforcement. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information to comply with a court order, subpoena, or legal request from U.S. law enforcement agencies to release information.

We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting customerservice@TheAgentCode.com or by using links in emails which are identified as deleting or updating contact information. Any individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deleted will have this information deleted within 5 business days. We will not sell, transfer, or use any Information relating to that individual in any way.
